THE SALVATION

The story of the prodigal son in Luke 15: 11-32 challenges us all. We have all walked away from God one day, determined to destroy our lives, as God in the person of Jesus Christ stood there waiting to welcome us with open arms, just as we are with our junk in life. He washes us by dressing us in our habit of salvation and our robe of righteousness and finally organizes a big party for us. This is the superb grace that God makes available to everyone through Jesus Christ.

Simply, Jesus paid the penalty for the sin (past, present and future) that was against you. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says that God made Jesus, who never knew sin, to be sin for you, that you might become the righteousness of God in Him. Jesus thus paid with His blood on the cross of Calvary as the only substitute sacrifice of the innocent acceptable to God to right your sins and pay the price once and for all. By accepting Jesus by faith, you accept His redemptive work as a gift, His righteousness is thus imputed to you and when God the Father looks at you from heaven, He perceives you through the Messiah Jesus, holy, perfect and righteous.

But this decision must be made during your lifetime. God will never force you to take it, it is a choice you will have to make. If you choose to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior, God will receive you as His son or daughter, you will now be part of the great Christian family of more than 3 billion people around the planet. God will become your Abba Father and you will become His child. You will be born again or born of the spirit (John 3: 3-7). How do you become born again? Well it's a four step process:

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31)

Repent (Luke 5:32)

Asking by faith (Luke 11:13)

Confess (Romans 10: 9)

If you are ready and serious about your commitment to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we ask you to say the following prayer: My God, in the name of Jesus I come before You I thank You for forgiving my sins I pray and ask that Jesus becomes Lord of my life I believe in my heart and say it with my mouth that Jesus was raised from the dead Jesus comes to my heart now, I believe now that I'm saved, I'm born again I am a Christian and a child of Almighty God

There it's done ! Welcome to the Christian family my sister or my brother! Here is the good news, if you were to die the second after saying the above prayer, your soul is saved and would go straight to heaven to await the Judgment of Christ, from where all Christians will receive their rewards from Christ (2 Corinthians) 5:10). The souls of those who are not saved, those who reject Christ and His redemptive work in this life will go to hell to await the Judgment of the Great White Throne (Revelation 20: 11-13). They will be judged on the basis of their works which cannot save them (Isaiah 57:12) therefore they will be eternally separated from God. If you've just finished this process, we'll be happy to hear from you. We wish to support you in your new Christian life, please send us a message by filling out and submitting the form below:
